Whether you’re a broker, developer, entrepreneur, or restauranteur, you need floor plans early in the pre-design process, oftentimes before you’re ready to dive into full architecture and design, to secure financial assistance from banks.

Having floor plans allows you to develop your business plan, discuss plans with the City, pitch to your investors, obtain preliminary pricing with a General Contractor, and gain peace of mind of the feasibility of the project location. Floor plans open the doors to the next phase of your project.

This phase typically needs to happen fast, before any lease signing, purchase agreements, or loan documents can be obtained; you have to start from Square One.

Bottom Line: You need clarity on the cost and feasibility of developing your space before diving into full-scale architecture and design.

We’ve designed a no-frills, quick and economical virtual service where our seasoned design experts provide project-specific floor plans. No lengthy contracts, just a straightforward package to get you beyond the napkin sketches, and one step closer to the next phase of your project.

Electronic background files are required for this service. Examples include scaled PDFs, .RVT, .DWG files.

Our Goal: To empower you with the plans and concept visuals you need to make informed decisions and embark on your project journey with clarity and confidence. 

PACKAGE a: floor plans
$1,200

  • 45-minute virtual consultation with an Interior Designer to discuss your project’s programming requirements, furniture layout needs, and high-level concept direction. 

  • (2) scaled floor plan options provided in PDF format. 

  • Post-meeting deliverables, including a list of our favorite vendors, resources, and recommended next steps for the project.

package b: floor plans & concept renderings
$3,000

  • 45-minute virtual consultation with an Interior Designer to discuss your project’s programming requirements, furniture layout needs, and high-level concept direction. 

  • (2) scaled floor plan options provided in PDF format. 

  • (1) Photorealistic Rendering view of your choice. (1) revision included for color modifications.

  • Post-meeting deliverables, including a list of our favorite vendors, resources, and recommended next steps for the project.

The how

  1. Choose Package A or B.

  2. Schedule your virtual kick-off meeting time below.

  3. Pay $500 deposit to lock in your project.

  4. Send background files after virtual visit.

  5. Receive your floor plan options within 1-2 weeks. Allow 3-4 weeks for renderings.

*THE FINE PRINT 

  • Electronic background files required. Scaled PDFs, .DWGs, .RVT files. PDFs will slow down the process.

  • Floor plan revisions are available upon request at additional cost, charged hourly. 

  • Turnaround timeline for floor plan deliverables are typically within 1-2 weeks of Studio Grey receiving all files. Renderings are within 3-5 weeks.

  • If square footage exceeds 20,000, please email admin@studiogreydesign.com before booking your consultation.
