With a combined 40+ years of experience in hospitality, multifamily and workplace design, our talented team is uniquely equipped for projects of various scopes and sizes.

Outside of the Twin Cities, collectively our team brings diverse backgrounds from living & working in Phoenix, Seattle, and Dallas. Working with high profile clients such as Amazon, Microsoft, and WeWork, helped expand our national breadth of knowledge and how each city requires curated ideas specific to each location.

Amanda Maday

As the Founder and Design Director of Studio Grey, Amanda Maday uses her 20 years of interior design experience to create and develop commercial spaces with a hospitality focus for restaurants, hotels, mixed-use, multi-family, and workplace. She values the influence a brand has on its interior and exterior environments that can enhance the user experience.

Engaging restaurant and food service projects are Amanda’s wheelhouse, and she has a great understanding of the vital relationship between back of house operations and the front of house focus. For fun, she’s also worked in television design for numerous shows on HGTV and DIY Network.

Amanda has her BS degree in Interior Design and received an accreditation in LEED building practices in 2009. Studio Grey was created in 2013, reaching its 11-year milestone this spring and offices out of Northeast Minneapolis.
